Diamond Dog Academy has helped hundreds of owners and dogs build stronger bonds and create more harmonious lives through training. We work with all breeds and dogs ages 8 weeks and up.
We offer In-Home Private Lessons with the aim to help owners achieve their specific goals while meeting each dog’s unique needs.
Regardless of your dogs breed or behavior, with our 15+ years of training experience, we can help you attain the level of obedience and control you desire by teaching you how to utilize our Balanced Approach Training Method, Canine Psychology and Behavior Modification skills!
Basic Programming
Early Puppy Development
This 3-session program offers clients the opportunity to begin training at a significantly lower cost and shorter commitment than either the On or off leash training packages and the ability to purchase additional individual sessions prior to reaching 16 weeks of age if desired at the same reduced cost.
Weekly Pack Walk
This is a free service available to all clients that have completed the Basic or Advanced training programs.
Clients must sign up a week in advance on-line using their specific DDA Member profile.
Basic On-Leash Training
This program is available to all breeds of dog from 12 weeks of age - 7 years old. The focus of this program is to help clients achieve genuine control through structured interactions and obedience commands.
Advanced Programming
Advanced Off-Leash Training
This program is exclusively for clients and dogs that are looking for more freedom and bigger challenges after completing the Basic on-leash training program.
Refresher Training Lessons
Refresher lessons are available to clients that have completed either the Basic On-Leash or Advanced Off-leash training programs and are looking for a refresher, or to continue expanding on their skills in new environments or more challenging scenarios. No minimum session requirement, and totally customizable!
Rally Obedience Training
This group class is available to anyone that is interested in entering AKC Rally-O Competitions held at the various American Kennel Club club shows across the state and nation. Each month will begin a new series of routines. Every Friday we will meet up and practice different Rally-O tasks from the Novice thru Advanced classes. Private lessons in Rally-O available for Novice-Expert Class. It is strongly recommended that anyone interested in this service have some level of on leash obedience experience (or completed either the on or off leash training programs with Diamond Dog Academy) prior to participating.
